Scope:
1. SCOPE
This specification covers several hardener components (B) of two part epoxy systems that cure at room temperature. 1.1 These adhesive systems are comprised of a Part A resin component DX000200 (include Type) and Part B hardener component DX000211 (include Type). The mixture of the proper DX000200 and DX000211 is identified as DX000209 (include Type). 1.2 These materials are intended for use primarily as assembly aids and plant repairs where small quantities of easily dispensed structural adhesives are needed. Adhesion to most clean, smooth metal and plastic substrates is quite good. 1.3 These adhesives can be packaged in self-contained, hand held, portable meter mixing and dispensing units which make them ideal for on-line device or vehicle repairs. If these are packaged in bulk, these systems must be capable of being metered, mixed and dispensed with current production equipment. They shall be compatible with production systems.
