Scope:
This specification covers the Company's requirements for high
strength low alloy (HSLA) steel products having 0.25 inch minimum
thickness. This includes HSLA plate, flat bar, bar shapes
(channels, angles, tees and zees), and structural shapes (shapes
with dimensions over 3 inches are classified as structural shapes).
