Scope:
SCOPE 1 This Standard defines the requirements for electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coatings deposited on iron, aluminium, copper and their alloys. It applies to both as deposited and heat treated coatings, used either in the reclamation of worn or over-machined components or to afford protection against corrosion and abrasion on new components.
