Scope:
1. SCOPE
This specification covers the requirements for a nonconductive adhesion promoter for olefinic and other interior plastics. The adhesion promoter shall provide a smooth, adhesion promoting surface for application of subsequent coatings. 1.1 This adhesion promoter is part of a total Coatings product system and must meet requirements set forth in the specifications for other materials with which it is used. This specification shall be used in conjunction with the Delphi-I Approved Coatings on Parts System (Delphi-I APOPS), a section of Delphi-I Approved Sources which lists approved substrate, cleaning, priming and topcoat combinations.
