Scope:
This standard describes the test procedure for evaluating paint
adhesion to semi-rigid and rigid
plastic substrates and to determine the brittleness of the paint film.
It is to be used on painted
samples 72 h after painting and again after environmental exposure. It
should be performed on
samples within two minutes after removal from the specified
environment.
