Specification development is by a task force consisting of representatives of GM platforms, and the engineering, supplier quality, and purchasing disciplines. This Standard was released in draft form October 1992. Formal release date is September, 1993. Revisions shall be noted in a revision history to be included as a table at the end of this document,
