Scope:
1. SCOPE:
This specification covers the requirements for a foam used in product applications that are acoustic or heat insulation oriented. The foam is formed by mixing HN 2123 and HN 2124 in a 1 to 1 ratio by weight. The foam is a free blown, flexible, open cell silicon, uniform in cell size and free from unblown areas. The acoustical performance is controlled through the density and permeability requirement.
