Scope:
1.Scope
This procedure uses a 45-degree cantilever testing apparatus to determine flexibility of nonlaminated automotive upholstery textile materials based on bending length and flexural rigidity. It is not recommended that this test be performed on laminated fabrics whose laminates have been removed.
