Scope:

This specification covers the requirements of a two component, low MDI structural foam which may be applied after paint on E-coated metal and used for structural reinforcement of body cavities such as pillars, rails and other areas where lightweight structural enhancement may be required. Typical Application.

Structural reinforcement of body cavities.

Remarks.

Adhesion of this material can only be achieved on E-coated or painted surfaces where wet (unreacted) foam contacts the substrate during dispensing. It is not recommended for use on bare metal.
