1.0 SCOPE

1.1 This specification covers requirements for general applications of carbon and alloy cold finished steel bars. Whenever applicable the specification should be used in conjunction with A-0, Part II, International System of Steel Classification. Unless otherwise specified, the appropriate ASME Steel Products Manuals shall apply to this specification.
