Scope:
1. SCOPE:
This standard describes the primer surface appearance requirements of a vehicle which will be finished with enamel topcoat. These requirements, with regard to appearance attributes and surface blemishes, are outlined by appearance zones and are part of the TQC requirements for commission of the New Enamel Paintshop. The purpose of these appearance requirements is to ensure that the paint finish of GMHA vehicles will meet or exceed the level shown by our competitors, as well as to meet customer expectations.The standard is based on GM 4353M
