1 OBJECT To ensure that the vehicle sealing package is capable of controlling the ingress of dust. Note: The MIRA dust tunnel is not completely representative of vehicle service conditions due to the overall length and smooth surface of the tunnel as well as the blockage factor. Therefore, this test should not be considered as definitive unless confirmed by JETP C29- 31, hot climate durability route 6 in Phoenix, Arizona.
