Scope:
1 Scope
For the protection of human and environment the means of production (e.g. solvents and extinguishing agents) and for manufacturing of automotive products (e.g. foams, refrigerating-, cleaning and degreasing agents) used Fluorochlorohydrocarbons shall be restrained or prohibited because they have a share in reduction of the atmospheric ozone-layer.
1 Zweck Zum Schutze des Menschen und der Umwelt mussen die fur Produktionsmittel (wie z. B. Losungsmittel und Loschmittel) und die zur Produktion von Automobilerzeugnissen (wie z. B. Schaumstoffe und Kaltemittel sowie Reinigungs- und Entfettungsmittel) eingesetzten Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffe eingeschrankt bzw. verboten werden, da sie maßgeblich am Abbau der Ozonschicht beteiligt sind.
