1. SCOPE:
The material defined by t h i s standard is a s i l i c a t e base compound intended for chemical bonding to a freshly chromated aluminum substrate. 2 . APPLICATION: This material is used as a f i n a l , i n t e g r a l part of the plate-fin evaporator coating system, t o impart a hydrophilic character t o the surface. It may be employed for the treatment of other products of the same general description and/or material. 3 .
