Scope:
This procedure documents the testing to determine if a material will
exhibit water spotting on the
finish in the form of color change, ring formation, or other
objectionable appearance changes after
the water has completely evaporated. In addition, the procedure
documents the testing to determine
if there will be an objectionable change in hand as a result of
applying water after the water has
completely evaporated.
Note: In the event of conflict between the English and domestic
language, the English language
shall take precedence.
