Scope:
1. Scope.
The material desired under this standard is an HL type hydraulic oil in accordance with IS0 6343/4, consisting of a severe solvent refined or severe hydrotreated mineral oil compounded with suitable additives to improve its antifoam properties, resistance to oxidation and its corrosion preventing characteristics. These additives shall be of the hindered phenol type.
