Scope:
1. Scope.
This specification covers the properties of a flexible vinyl material suitable for spare tire covers. The material shall be resistant to permanent creasing, mildew or fungus attack. The material shall also be compatible with inks used in an optional emblem that is heat fused onto the vinyl.
