Scope:
This General Specification defines the requirements, test conditions
and the methods for
functional, material and safety tests of automotive glazing and
vehicle components made from glass
or similar materials. Where required, the windows for vehicles shall
also comply with additional or
alternative requirements, dependent upon the country of use.

glass are defined in the
