Scope:

1 SCOPE.

This standard outlines the essential features of oil pressure sensors and switches (OPS) which should be specified by the user in order to achieve a high degree of reliability in service. It includes a performance work sheet (Table 1) which is to be completed by the oil pressure sensor user to provide the supplier operating values necessary to meet application requirements. Number are assigned in the event platform engineers do not provide them.
