Purpose.
Acquire and evaluate Electric Power Steering (EPS) zipping noise present during High-velocity steering wheel maneuvers such as in a parking lot or at zero vehicle speed. Test procedure is designed to reproduce the worst case operating condition for zipper noise.

This procedure describes test setup, data acquisition and analysis of EPS Zipper Noise.
Applicability.
All vehicles with full electric power steering systems (non-hydraulic).
