The purpose of this standard is to further define the generic (or default) requirements for man aging GM Product Development Business Records in accordance with the policies of GM's Information LifeCycle Management (ILM), the requirements of ISO 9001, the GM Corporate Policy Manual Informa tion Security Policies and Practices (ISP&P), and corresponding local policies.
