1 SCOPE.
This specification describes a narrow fabric woven with continuous yarns and finished selvages suitable for automotive seat belt webbing. All seat belt webbings must meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 209 (FMVSS 209, Seat Belt Assemblies) in addition to this specification.
