Scope:
1. SCOPE:
1.1 This standard describes acceptable 120 VAC power sources, commonly referred to as Lighting Transformer Disconnects (LTD's) for auxiliary electrical apparatus which is part of production machines and industrial equipment. Examples of auxiliary apparatus include, but are not limited to, work lights on machine or other industrial equipment, lights within the main electrical control enclosure, an isolated power source for programmable controllers and related accessories, and instrumentation.
